General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of tickets provided by Aquapark Istralandia (hereinafter referred to as "Aquapark Istralandia") through the websites istralandia.com and istralandia.hr.

The service enables customers (hereinafter referred to as "Buyers") to select and purchase tickets for Aquapark Istralandia for personal and non-commercial use. Aquapark Istralandia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to improve its services and website functionality.

Ticket Date Change and Cancellation Policy

 

1. Ticket Date Change Policy

If you need to change the date of your tickets, the following conditions apply:

Up to 48 hours before the visit: Date changes are completely free of charge.

Within 48 hours of the visit date: A fee of €5.00 per ticket will be charged for any date change.

Park closure due to bad weather: In the event that the park is closed due to severe weather conditions, date changes are free of charge. You will receive an email from our official information address containing a link through which you can change your arrival date yourself free of charge.

How to Change Your Date

To change your arrival date, please visit our website and select your new desired date.

Important Conditions for Date Changes

Price Difference: If the ticket price for the newly selected date is higher than the original ticket price, you must pay the difference.

Validity: The new date must be within the same calendar year and the same operating season as the original ticket.

Additional Services (VIP Cabanas, Premium Cabanas, Gazebos, Premium Gazebos, Lockers): Please note that your previous booking conditions and availability do not automatically transfer to the new date. We cannot guarantee that additional services such as cabanas, gazebos, or lockers will be available on your newly selected date, as they may already be fully booked. Availability depends solely on the reservation status on the selected date.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation costs arise from immediate expenses related to the transaction, such as electronic platform fees and bank charges.

Customers requesting a ticket cancellation and refund under the permitted conditions must send an email to info@istralandia.com with the following information (refunds will always be processed via bank transfer):

Order / Purchase Order Number

Name of the holder of the payment method used

Copy of the proof of payment

NIB / IBAN of the bank account

Name of the bank account holder

No-Show Policy

In the event that a visitor does not attend on the scheduled date, they will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

3. Park Entry Rules

Valid Documents Only: The only valid document for entry to the park is the official online ticket (either printed or displayed on a smartphone).

Refusal of Entry: If the customer does not present the official ticket, entry to the park may be refused. The park disclaims any responsibility for issues arising from missing tickets.

Proof of Payment: A bank payment confirmation or proof of transfer is not considered a valid document for park entry.

Basic Services

The online ticketing system is designed to simplify and speed up the process of purchasing tickets for Aquapark Istralandia.

Upon completion of the purchase, the Buyer receives an electronic ticket containing a barcode or QR code, which must be presented upon entry to Aquapark Istralandia.

Aquapark Istralandia does not store customers' credit card information.

Online Ticket Sales

Tickets for Aquapark Istralandia can be purchased through the websites istralandia.com and istralandia.hr.

The purchase agreement is considered concluded upon successful completion of payment. After payment confirmation, the Buyer will receive the ticket and invoice via email.

Buyer's Obligations

The Buyer is responsible for:

Printing the ticket or saving it in digital format

Presenting the barcode or QR code upon entry

Keeping the ticket during their stay at Aquapark Istralandia

Prices and Additional Charges

All ticket prices are clearly displayed during the purchasing process.

No hidden costs or additional fees will be charged beyond the displayed ticket price.

Complaints and Refunds

The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint if the purchased tickets have not been received.

Complaints must be submitted within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Refund requests and complaints must be submitted in writing via email to:

In the event of a justified complaint, the Buyer may be entitled to:

Ticket replacement, or

Refund of the amount paid

Aquapark Istralandia reserves the right to correct any typographical, technical, or pricing errors displayed on the website and may cancel orders affected by obvious errors.

Changes to the Terms of Use

Aquapark Istralandia reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
